Yann – Fusion member and father of a couple of juniors writes about his families experiences of the Fusion kids camp!

“I have two sons who have both been regular participants over the past few years in the various Fusion camps that are run during the school holidays. They both love these camps, and always look forward to the next one. Fusion camps are run by excellent coaches, and provide the right mixture of skills, volume, intensity, fun and social interaction to make them enjoyable for kids at any level or ability from beginners to national medallists”

Yann’s son Tristan (10) says:

“Fusion triathlon club camps are amazing for several reasons but most important they are extremely fun. They make you a lot better at triathlon. The camps are also good for introducing new people to triathlon. A camp will last between 4 or 5 days. They do lots of things: bike cleaning, games in a hall, stretching, and of course swimming cycling and running. On the last day you normally do an activity like laserquest and do an aquathlon too! The triathlon camp is fun and tiring so you should prepare yourself for it. You should probably not do any training straight after because it’s a hard week!”
