In Feb the club hosted the Junior awards night, handing out various prizes and trophies to our superstar miniatures. A great night was had by all, the club would like to thank all sponsors and supporters who very kindly donated towards these prizes.

All round club legend Joanne Byrne completed her first Aquathon a few weeks go, well done Joanne !!
“So, I was looking forward to my first Aqua-Bike, after the training done in Denia, Spain, at the beginning of April, with Pro Endurance coaching. I was the slowest in the group, having never biked as much as everyone else, but never made to feel like that. Coach John Dargie adapted and tweaked each session to each individual ability, the sign of an amazingly talented teacher and coach. Continue reading here

Ken’s currently somewhere north of Valladolid pedalling away – there are plans afoot to welcome his arrival back in Lenzie on Sunday, May 26 at Lenzie Rugby Club. We’ll update on the exact details nearer the time
